Job Purpose
Support logistics Activities: interface with the Operations Team for all activities, Customs & Transportation of equipment import / export of equipment, crew change support and follow up of the associated requests.
Job Description
Support logistics of equipment and Personnel, transport and Customs activities;
Keep track of import & export of equipment, personnel movements, services requests, delivery times, and efficiency;
Interface with CPY operations Team
Interface with surfer marine crew
Coordinate relationships with suppliers, local Agent and operations Team
Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Location: Afungi
Rotation basis : 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
You Are Meant For This Job If
Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is mandatory +/- 5 years of experience in same position Ability to work in a remote site ( Afungi ) and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office) English skills are mandatory
